All prices on this website are in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro. All prices quoted are inclusive VAT and exclusive delivery charges. By approving these terms and conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered. In the event that our stock level was incorrect at the time of the purchase we reserve the right not to deliver. Should we be unable to deliver with the terms and conditions of this website we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.


Payments can be made using one of the payment options at checkout. The total amount will be debited from your account when you have accepted the offer to purchase goods from us. Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us to purchase the goods. It is entirely up to you to except or reject your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer and have send you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreed order.


Shipping & Delivery

Maddalena Annunziata is currently shipping to all countries  in Europe, United States of America, Asia, Australia and Africa. Please note that shipping costs will vary, depending on the country you live in. Maddalena Annunziata is not responsible for postal delays, due to a strike or a suspension. The delivery charges include the transport of the products which will be sent to the address that is given to Maddalena Annunziata by the buyer. All products will be sent through bPost or DPD. Maddalena Annunziata cannot be held responsible for damages during shipment.


Return Policy

Every buyer has the right to return the item within 7 working days, beginning on the day after the receipt of the good. Maddalena Annunziata has to be notified by email if you would like to return an item. All returned goods must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect state. “Sale” items cannot be returned. All goods should be returned in their original packaging, without any damage to either item or the packaging. The price of the returned item  will be refunded as soon as the product has been received at Maddalena Annunziata’s address, stated here in the terms & conditions. However, Maddalena Annunziata is not responsible for any delays or problems regarding the shipment. It is therefore recommended that you use a secure and registered shipping company which requires Maddalena Annunziata to sign upon delivery. Please add the original invoice when returning an item. Returns have to be paid by the costumer and are not refundable by Maddalena Annunziata.

All relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
